Nicholson Street Studios is a co-working space in Brunswick East. It’s a light filled, plant filled, cheery, creative workspace! It's made up of 3 sections - 4 private offices, a large photo studio, and an open plan shared working space. It’s located on the first floor.

The co-working space is bright, comfortable and full of lovely people. Most tenants are photographers that are often out shooting - so the space is very peaceful and not at all crowded, but there are enough people around so that you can have a chat when you fancy some socialising. As well as photographers we have a designer, a writer, art consultants and investors. We welcome any creatives and non-creatives too!

We have a shared kitchen and dining area, a cosy spot with a couch and coffee table, and two toilets. We don’t have an official meeting room but we do have a small photo studio which is available for taking calls. The space has one flight of stairs and no lift. We have fast NBN, excellent air conditioning and heating, an alarm system and 24 hour access. The kitchen includes all the basics like a microwave, stove, oven, kettle and a sandwich press. Nicholson Street Studios is clean and tidy, and well stocked with all the essentials. Our desks are adjustable for sitting or standing.

We have a great selection of cafes nearby. There’s some all day street parking opposite the building and other all day street parking close by on John Street.

Desks are $400 +GST (for non photographers / no photo studio use) and $484 +GST for photographers (who have use of our photo studio and a small storage area). Desks are available month to month and long term.
